Most presentations, courses and webinars on homeopathy that I have taken have mainly focused on remedies available for physical ailments. To my surprise and delight, in this webinar for moms, in addition to these, Louise Davys shared homeopathic remedies and solutions to support mothers emotional and mental well-being. She explained the importance of looking after both the mind and the body and included remedies for hormone irregularities and overwhelm and many other relevant and helpful solutions for the various challenges busy moms face. She had clear and helpful visual aides on the individual remedies that the viewer can refer to and a friendly and warm manner.
